Good product

I bought it 3-4 months ago , I really like this cap . It’s still good working as new so it’s good for value . Does the job . It’s a little big for head but that’s ok .

Good for healthy hair and very convenient to use at home .

The product is average, NOT value of purchase. It doesn't heat well, just seems like a cheap chinese product. Not satisfied with the result.

Quality is good

The product I received today came with a very sticky substance on it, almost like residue of a hair mask or something else. It felt as if it had already been used by someone and resent, or was simply defective. This is completely unacceptable for a personal care item and very concerning from both hygiene and quality control. It raises serious doubts about whether these products are properly checked before shipping, or roughly cleaned and resent, or if returns are simply being sent out again to new customers. That kind of uncertainty is unacceptable for something meant for hair and personal care. I’m very disappointed because I needed to take it with me for my upcoming travel, but now I have to return it instead of exchange, since an exchange would take longer. If hygiene can’t be trusted in a personal care product, then what’s the use?

The wire is very short forcing you to set by the outlet if you want to use it. Also it rapidly disconnect and you have to readjust the wire to fix it

Completely useless in Australia as it doesn't come with an Aussie cord. Amazon was just as useless in their lack of assistance and problem solving. Might as well cut a whole in it and use it as an ugly overpriced tea copy.
