I’m currently trying to lose weight, so I thought I’d incorporate these into my daily regime and weight loss attempt.They smell a bit vinegar like when opening but this doesn’t really flavour the tablets. I thought this was a 30 day supply but to experience the best benefits, it’s 2 tablets a day. So at a current retail price of £13.99, this is a two week supply, which seems expensive.My biggest issue with these tablets is the size, they’re just too big. I couldn’t swallow them whole (with a drink) and even when broken in half (they do break easily), I struggled. I’ve nearly finished the 2 week supply and can’t say there’s been any noticeable benefits.Apart from the size, they don’t seem to cause any negative reactions either.

I have been taking these for two weeks taking two tablets per day and they have done nothing for my weight loss. Maybe they take longer to work in which case a bigger bottle should be sold as no one is going to buy a second two weeks worth when the the first doesn't work. I found the tablets hard to swallow which has also put me off buying more.

Theres a reasonable mix of natural slimming ingredients in this along with some vitamins so it’s a decent base supplement however if you’re already taking a multivitamin you might want to rethink as this would take you over the RDA for certain things.The tablets are about the biggest I’ve taken but not the hardest to swallow although they aren’t great. They do have a vinegary smell and taste. I have to be honest after 2 weeks I haven’t noticed any difference on top of my standard diet and exercise programme. I am only taking one tablet a day though so may be more effective if you decide to take 2. However because of the cost I decided I’d try them out as I would take them if I was paying for them.Update -by the 4 week point I had started to feel like these were giving a boost to fat loss but my workout focus changed so I didn’t continue taking them. I’m now at the end of a strength gaining phase so looking to lose a bit of extra ‘fluff’ I’ve added along the way so have decided to come back and try these again as a more gentle and natural alternative to some fat loss products.

Some slimming tablets are a bit fierce. They can have a dramatic effect on the body - not necessarily in a good way - as well as a dramatic effect on the purse. I thought NutraVit's NutraTrim would be worth trying as I recall taking Raspberry Ketones a few years ago and I've taken a daily Apple Cider Vinegar supplement for 3 or 4 years now. It's also much more affordable than many slimming preparations, UK made to GMP standards with no GMOs and is vegan.The pack I received has a long Best Before date of the end of August 2024 - at least it says so on the base of the cardboard box the amber plastic bottle comes in. The screw cap indicates 'MFG (manufacturing date) Aug 24 and BBE Aug 21 - which clearly needs the manufacturer's attention. The pack is sealed. Not sure why but there's a foam circle inside, presumably to prevent the tablets from breaking.The tablets are large - like many vitamin C supplements - but they do have a slight coating and are torpedo shaped which makes them quite easy to swallow. They smell vinegary due to the Apple Cider Vinegar content.So do they work? Well, so far no real difference for me but I guess it will take time to see any potential results. The suggested serving size is 1 to 2 tablets and with only 30 tablets in the pack I've been taking just one per day. If generally you don't drink much water you may notice a difference - which might not be entirely down to NutraTrim - as the tablets need to be taken with 'a full glass of water'. Drink a glass of water before a meal and you're likely to feel more full of course and perhaps eat less.

Lost 4lbs, in almost two weeks. Please note this was in conjunction with 10min youtube pilates, healthy eating and getting 10'000 steps in a day. I previously wasn't seeing results due to my late night unhealthy snacking habits. I took this with 1200mg of ACV, 1000mg of msm and oregano oil, which may have also contributed to my results. Having gut candida overgrowth can make sustaining a healthy lifestyle a nightmare. So I'd say this would only be beneficial to my fellow compulsive snackers. Especially if you have a holiday or event coming up.Pros1. I can resist the morning meeting biscuits and usually feel fine until lunch time.2. Less coating on my tongue when I wake up3. Reduced stiff joints around shoulder and neckCons1. Dry large pill to swallow. Drink water BEFORE attempting to swallow this.2. Only two weeks worth3. Doubling acv dose (1200mg in morning and 1200mg an hour before bed) does pretty much the same thing.4. Makes me thirsty.

Having decided to lose some excess weight I wanted to try these supplements. They smell strongly of vinegar but this doesn't affect the taste.The pills are large so may be hard to swallow for some, I did struggle sometimes, even with a full glass of water.The recommended daily is two tablets so you don't get a lot for your money I'm afraid.It is too soon to tell if these are working but so far I haven't seen anything noticeable.

These pills are huge, you are supposed to take them with a large full glass of water which I did but they leave an odd taste in your mouth and make me burp repeating the nasty taste in my mouth over and over. I took 1 per day for 2 weeks and after no difference at all I upped it to two per day until I finished the bottle. I bought these as after loosing 3 1/2 stone I've plateaued in my weightloss journey despite calorie counting and going to the gym 6 times a week, so I'm not a lazy person who thought it would be a miracle worker I thought with all my efforts so far it might help boost my plateau but I found no difference at all and found them unpleasant to take / taste. Personally i wouldn't recommend.
