We decided to order thru Amazon a new Pressure Cooker. Our old one worked for us for about 20 years. Really impressive! We ordered the Fissler Vitavit Premium Pressure Cooker with Steamer Insert, 3.7 Quart. It is an extremely safe Pressure Cooker. It is made from stainless Steel, and its capacity is perfect for our needs. It is a bit expensive, but it is worth every penny of it. Its functionality is great! I highly recommend it!!!
