How many channel? How many wiggle wire?

(For this Wire and Lock Channel). Each slot spring is 6.5 inches (2 meters), 30 lock channels with a total of 196 inches (60 meters) and 196 inches (60 meters) swing wires.

Will this channel flex around a hoop?

This is a very good product. I used it for a hoop house, however we attached it to wood. The wires are strong and bend easily to conform to curves but i dont think the metal can bend over hoops. The metal and wire can be cut to length. They can be easily removed and reused if something happens to your plastic.

How do you cut the channels to length?

Because the channel is aluminum, you can actually cut with anything that will cut wood, but use caution and cut slowly. We used a miter saw with a carbide tipped blade. You can always use a hacksaw. When we cut the wire, we used wire cutters. The screws that come with them are self tapping, but, if you are attaching to wood, do not overtighten and spin them out.
