I’d buy this again. I use it for my portable coffee kit. I like that this is real cream powder - tastes great and easy to travel with. My kit includes a collapsible kettle, rechargeable frother, instant starbucks. I find that the heavy cream powder mixes easily with hot coffee or hot water using the frother- glad I found this & recommend.

Yummy! I was surprised to find this wonderful powder for my coffee. It is perfect for our home coffee bar and tastes great. No aftertaste was a big factor in giving it 5 stars. It not only looks beautiful but tastes the same. I am elderly and live with my daughter and her husband. I get up in the middle of the night sometimes to make coffee which helps with my pain. I try to be as quiet as possible and this is a great addition to the coffee bar because it save me from having to go to the fridge for cream. Because it is dehydrated, there is no waste and does not go bad. My whole family loves it and it mixes easily with my hand held electric wisk.

I live in a very humid environment it's hard to mix powdered anything into anything here because all powders lump up on you. That said, even not following the correct method I found my coffee can sit for 5 minutes and have very few lumps. Taste is mild compared to fresh cream. The consistency is definitely a bit grainy or fluffy a top a cup of coffee regardless of mixing style. The fat rises and isn't super water soluable. Stored ok, it's very humid here. Hard to store powders. Overall I liked it.

I see I've purchased this five times now. It has become a staple in my pantry for when I am too lazy to go to the store for JUST cream, if I don't need anything else. I used to use evaporated milk and thought of this powdered heavy cream as more for "emergency supplies," but one time I used it and then more and more when in similar situations. This powdered product definitely tastes more like cream than evaporated milk, which makes it my go-to now. I use it in my very hot coffee, so I have not had any problems with cold drinks. I wouldn't think it would work well there; should probably pre-melt a small amount and then mix with cold drinks if that is the goal. And I use a "frother" for mixing, so I don't have any clumping problems, either. All in all, a really good product to have on hand, even if too pricey for everyday use.

Okay for baking in a pinch. But not to blend into a smoothie. Okay It has a bit of an off taste compared to other heavy cream powders I have tried. It tastes like sheep's milk, to me, although AI said it is sourced from cow's milk.

This is my first time buying this product the Judee's Heavy Cream. It does clump a little bit but it's not a issue for me. The flavor, texture, etc.. is spot on. It's very, very good and I even made the 3 ingredient carnivore buns recipe but only made 1/3 of recipe and the buns turned out great and my blood sugar was not impacted. Thank you for your products that help people reduce the potential impacts of health conditions beyond their control and providing options that would not otherwise be available.

This product is wonderful!!! I use it to make buns for my carnivore lifestyle. I just didn't know how I was going to do this lifestyle change without bread! So, to be able to make a great tasting bun that I can eat my eggs with and also make "sandwiches" with has been just a life savor! Being Italian, bread and butter is a comfort food!! LOL!
