Will this run an 80mm computer case fan?

I don't know why people are answering no when there are clearly reviews stating that you can run a computer fan. Most case fans are under 5 volts. Not sure about that 12 volts thing but my 80x80x15 ultra-high-speed fan runs well at only 4.8 volts.

im looking into a tiny home need ideas of solar panels that can power small things like appliances?

This is about .5watts...you need about 400 watts and two deep cell 12v batterys ,and a 12v to 120 volt inverter. Its about $1000 dollar investment. Its soo much nicer than a gererator . However ,even at $1000 investment the system only powers home appliances for short periods.
