Really good product and battery is good
The size is very convenient and battery lasted longer than expected

Not compatible with UAE power supply
Do not buy in the UAE! Item is sold in the UAE with international Prime shipping, but it is a 110v heater with a US-style plug - power supply in the UAE is 230v. This item cannot be used in the UAE and will fry/burn out as soon as you try. When I saw the US plug I clicked, and returned before using it.

120v; Not Rated for UAE
When I received this item it seems like a quality product but I hate it two stars as the product cannot be used in the UAE without a step-up voltage converter. After reading through the details on the posting on the product page, I saw it said 120v. You will only find it if you click “see more” under the description.

Not able to use the heater
I live in UAE I was not able to use the heater because it come with converter from 220v to 120v that it works for 10 seconds only. Now I need to buy a converter which will cost almost the same price of the heater to be able to use it.

Nearly fried my electric installation and exploded the first time I plugged it. I wanted to heat my house not burn it...
