Gorgeous set and fantastic quality. Colour is exact and items are durable, dishwasher and microwave safe. Great value overall. The mugs are huge and the other plates and bowls are good sizes also. Overall a great buy and super quick delivery.

This set is not only robust and high quality, but the customer service was second to none. Some cups arrived damaged and when I sent the evidence and requested some new ones, they could not be more helpful. Within a few days I had received a replacement set. The set itself is high quality, with no wobbles on the dishes and a good weight to each item. The cups are nice and chunky to drink from but not too heavy. A solid and very good looking set which received compliment when I had guests recently. Top quality.

Love this set, had lots of compliments. Large plates are quite large and smaller side plates are bigger then normal side plates so can be used as main plates if you're struggling,as is the case when all my family come over.Stands well in dishwasher without touching other plates.

Overall it is a lovely set. The weight on the plates were good, however the dinner plates are quite small and the mugs were huge. Looks nice, value for money. Dishwasher safe, no breakages in the packaging.

Beautiful like a french dinner service really pleased

I was not disappointed with this set, not chips or cracks the packaging was more than sufficient. Excellent quality dishes.

I’ve had ordered two sets of 4. One of them was a lower quality set with a broken mug in it. I’ve contacted the seller and they kindly sent me another set that was the same good quality ones. They have asked a lot of questions and asked for photos so they can track down the bad quality batch. I was really happy worth the customer service and with the set as well. They are really lovely. I thought when I got this it looked like a lovely dinner service. The bowls are fine for breakfast cereal etc and small plates are suitable for serving snack type stuff & cakes and biscuits. However the big "dinner" plates, that you'd use for main meals are more like large, shallow soup type dishes so you have to watch if cutting food such as meat and al dente vegetables near the edges because with even a little pressure, the plates tip up and spill your dinner!

Wow much nicer than i expected. I wanted a set for six but ordered two sets now I have a set of eight.The plates, bowls & cups are definitely much better than the image. I purchased as an everyday use but this is almost too nice for that.The packaging was super great. When I received the box it had a tear in it but once opened I sat plenty of padding and everything was well protected.I would definitely recommend a set. The oatmeal outside has black insides truly nice looking set.
