Having run out of my powdered creatine, I saw these and seeing the good price thought I would try it, no problem taking the capsules for me, probably stick with these depending on how I feel after a couple of doses

Brilliant for the price! I struggle to swallow large pills so prefer capsules! I definitely benefit from them for recovery! (They also seem to work well for a hang over! Lol)

Creative was good however didn’t like swallowing the amount of capsule. Opted for a powder instead

Provides the required amount of creatine, yes you need to take 4 a day (I do 2 in the morning and two at lunch) but far better than swallowing a tablet the size of a VW campervan
