This machine does amazing work, once it is properly set up.
This machine arrives in mostly functional state, however go on youtube and you can learn learn how to set this machine up. There are a few moving parts on the machine that might need some observation to make sure they move freely. If any parts bind or rub they can be adjusted with washers at pivots to give rubbing parts some travel clearance. Use nylock nuts on some of these bolts, so they do not come apart as some bolts are there as pivots and not designed to be fully tightened. Many of the nut and bolt sizes are M6-1.0 Metric. Once you have the moving parts moving free and clear, then you should mount the machine on a wood pedestal riser and mount pedestal riser on a nice big flat piece of wood with rubber feet. Enough to clear the hand crank. Make sure machine is stable when cranking. Also lubricate all contact and pivot points with oil. The next thing to make sure is to know how to verify and possibly set the 'timing' if needed. This involves setting the rotating bobbin hook to swing right past the threaded needle, just as the needle goes to full depth and begins to go back up. Then learn to route the thread through the machine and set the thread tension. There are many youtube videos showing everything I have mentioned above. Once it is set up, it is an amazing machine! I have sewn through very thick material with zero issues. This machine is not 100% 'plug and play' but if you have the patience and some fabrication skills to set this machine up, you will have a machine that easily does what machines many times this price point can do. :-)

Hobbies incline people this is you machine it is cheap sturdy and easy to operate
Its a nice little machine once you get it to work properly and works ok but you need to work on her there are lots of sharp edges you have to round over and polish , it needs a better instructions manual with more details the tools and machine stand they Suply are of poor cuality i strongly recommend making a custom made one as you prefer other than that for the price of it it is what you need as a hobbyist nice and sturdy

Works great
My first one was not very good. Sent it back and they replaced it and this one works great.

Work in progress
Poor directions. Had to spend an additional $110 to have it made useable. Get rid if the tripod and mount it on a 4x4” block and use a broom handle to make a holder for the larger spools. A clothes hangar can be used as a thread guide off the spool. I am willing to be satisfied with this because the next step up in sewing machines cost $2000 at our local leather shop.

Complete Junk
Complete Junk. Used their mono filament first, and it did ok. Switched to some bonded nylon 66 and got 4 inches stitched before a spring or something gave up in the drum. Now the foot just stays forward under the needle. Everything seemed fine until it stopped walking. Maybe some of the other brands are built better, but this one is not worth your money. Makes for a great trash weight if your can is full:)

Super impressed, a lot of quality for a chinese make.
I'm extremely impressed with this machine so far. Being a mechanic, I'm going over it and installing some shims and checking alignment of the moving parts. Haven't done any sewing with it yet but it appears to be very well made for the price and am 100% sure it will be great. Even the packaging was well put together. No broken or missing parts in the box. After many reviews and research checks, I thought I knew what I would get. NO, Muuuch better. Was going to spend $$$ for a bigger machine, but glad I tried this. Many Youtube videos show every detail.

Works after some finishing.
Machine will work, but be prepared to troubleshoot. Everything was filthy and covered in oil. Most metal surfaces were not deburred. The tripod that ships with it is unsafe to use. Metal chips in every possible place. I made a wood base for it to make it stable. That helped the most. The tripod went into the garbage. The handle to turn the crank had to be redone. I drilled the hole for the screw out to handle a larger screw and then countersunk it. Reversing the screw so the head is in the crank wheel instead of in the wood handle. Took a Dremel to the bobbin area. Every surface had edges sharp enough to scratch skin. After smoothing everything, bobbin feeds fine. The bobbin winder is a joke that I haven't figured out how to fix yet. Had to hold everything while trying to wind a bobbin. The bobbins have no hole to tie off the thread. So I used the micro drill bits from Dremel to put a small hole in the bobbin. This let me tie off the thread so I could wind it. Not a bad machine so far. I'll update this review after competing a project. Value for money: Much cheaper than a electric leather machine.

Great product!
Very pleased. This one was well packaged and already completely threaded. All I had to do was mount it on the stand and start sewing. This was my first time using a sewing machine ever.
