it’s a little bigger than OFC 8 gauge but not even close to some real 4 gauge, i would consider it 4 gauge and wire my subs with this lol. spend the extra 5-10 bucks and get a good 4 gauge kit

I used the DS18 AK4 Wiring Kit to install a single amplifier in my car, and it came with everything I needed to get the job done right the first time. It includes 17ft of red power cable, 3ft of ground wire, a remote turn-on lead, and even split loom tubing for a professional finish.Performance & Quality: For a CCA (Copper-Clad Aluminum) kit, the conductivity is solid for a standard daily driver setup.
