Fit right in, works great
The fit was perfect, and it worked great in my 06 Taurus SEL, I checked the Bosch website and for the Taurus VIN with a "U" in it, this was the right pump. Glad I checked the Bosch web site as there was a cheaper Bosch pump that I was leaning toward, but it turned out it was not the match for my car. Check your VIN before you buy.

Return was easy, though
This part was listed as compatible with a 1987 Jeep Wrangler 2.5L in-tank pump. Unfortunately, it does not work. It does not fit the existing sending unit at all and there is no way to make it compatible. Return was easy, though.
