Taste like home! I grew up on NM enchiladas and this is the only brand that I use. Love it and so fresh when opening the package. You want to make sure that you seal it after each use, lasts about a month or two for me.

I bought this New Mexico chili powder because I live out east, where this flavor is almost impossible to find. I usually make chili with the standard chili powders sold around here, but this really changed the game. It adds a deep, earthy richness that regular blends just don’t have. When I added it alongside my usual chili powder, it gave the pot a subtle fruitiness with just the right amount of warmth. Not too hot. The flavor is distinctly Southwestern, leaning Tex-Mex, and it completely changed the character of my chili compared to the typical versions made out here. Really good quality, as I use this in some of the sausage that I make like Chorizo or Chile Relleno. Good price and great taste.
