Do not buy - terrible after sales support not a reliable desktop solution
Very nice machine, very quiet. Runs smoothly, very good for office work with the Intel Core i7-11700 8C/16T 2.5-4.8 GHz 16MB Cache. Handles games well and graphics intensive apps with the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6 256-bit. The card is staying relatively cool hardly crossing 90degC under load, averages in the 84 to 88degC usually (although I do have the side panel open right now. I like that that case has a lot of space and showcases the internals. The LEDs on the fans look great through the glass panels. Didn't like that the perforated metal grill on the top of the machine had slight dents, probably from assembly. Must say though that the graphics performance seems comparable with a 1080gtx ti. Update: after 2 years the pc failed. Worked great the day before now it won’t even power on. MSI Support wasn’t too helpful or sympathetic. After being a long time customer of MSI I am very disappointed. I will look at buying different brands now. If you search this issue you will see it seems to happen a lot with MSI. Wish I had known before.

Guarantee Service center is too far and inconvenient
Service center is way too far and shipping cost is paid customer. My desktop failed within 4 months and was cheaper to pay ampo al shop to fix it that use the guarantee.

Awesome Machine
At the time of this review I've had this pc for two weeks. I was very iffy on the price as a build like this could be much cheaper, however with gpu prices never seeming to go down, this was a compromise for me at $1800. The weird thing about the pricing though was that it kept changing in a single week, so it's best to wait for it be around that price instead of paying two grand. Most of the parts in this pc are made by MSI, and my RMA experience for other past components with them has been excellent. Pros -Can handle most modern games -Cooling is excellent with the cpu hanging around 70 C with intense gaming -Easy access on the inside, especially with a thumbscrew -RGB is nice but I like to keep it at a single color -Included Mouse and Keyboard are actually not bad. I've actually switched over to the mouse, but I have a bluetooth keyboard so the included keyboard is just taking up space. -Not much bloatware which is a surpise from MSI, but if you don't like Norton go ahead and uninstall that. Doesn't include Dragon Center but instead MSI Center, which I actually prefer since you can install certain features separately. The app still needs work with detecting peripherals and adding the ability change certain functions on mouse and keyboard, but I mainly use it to monitor my system so not a big loss. Cons -Overpriced as with the case for most prebuilds -SSD: Mine came with the Adata Swordfish. The partitioning is weird so you'll have to change that. I also havent heard many good things about this ssd so be weary about having it as you boot drive. (Also if you want to install a second ssd, make sure to buy extra screws and mounts as the pc didn't come with one) -Wires: The wire management is horrible. The main components look beautiful on the inside, but they had to compromise by having an absolute rat's nest back there. Because of this the back panel popped out a little which could lead to it bending later on. -CPU Cooler: It works well. My gripe is the positioning of the cooler, which makes it difficult to remove the ssd, but to remove the ssd you need to remove the gpu. The PCIe socket is blocked by the cooler so you have to maneuver your fingers to push the lever for the socket. Overall the cons may deter someone from getting this pc, but those are my minor gripes, however when it comes to performance it runs incredibly. I've benchmarked some games such as GTA:V, Cyberpunk, and Warzone and they ran flawlessly with more than 90fps on mostly high graphics. When it comes to vr pc begins to work harder especially on Half Life: Alyx and Pavlov, just make sure to adjust power settings so it doesn't turn off the usb slot. This pc honestly is incredibly and I expect it to last for at least 5 years before needing to upgrade/replace parts. For those entering pc gaming, I'd look for something that is much less than this maybe a pc with an Intel i5 and GTX 1660 (or similar). I highly recommend this pc to anyone wanting to find an upgrade to their pc.

Very satisfied, worth every penny!
Does indeed come with listed parts. Great package for safety transport and comes with wired msi gaming keyboard and mouse as well. Also added an additional 2tb ssd and it worked like a charm. Thank you very much! I love it!!!! update: PC works great, handles VR and going to install triple monitors so I am very excited. The Graphics card will handle without issue. Only issue was a bad bearing for one of the fans but it's a minor issue that is going to be fixed by a $20 fan. Nonetheless, this PC is main rig for next decade. The graphics are easily maxed out on anything that I throw at it. Any triple-A title.

OverKill PC
I purchased this computer the end of 2021. I wanted to give this computer a year before a proper review. To start this computer was very impressive right out of the box. Smooth sleek look , light weight with lots of character. The computer out of the box has all necessary equipment to start gaming. Power cords, keyboard, & mouse. Initial startup was simple as the builder of the computer properly setup the computer before shipping I.e. downloading necessary programs and driver updates. I was very surprised that this computer also had come with free Windows 11 upgrade. For a year I have been gaming and streaming on this computer and never turn it off! It is extremely quite , functional and never skips a beat! The RGB lighting is not over bearing and very easy to accommodate anyone to the colours they love and chose. The affordable price of this computer is extremely hard to beat with 1tb of SSD and an I7 with 3060TI . I would highly recommend the purchase of this desktop for any new gamer or streamer looking to get into computer gaming or upgrading!
