Good quality stell, but those who wanna smash the meat patty verywell don't buy this product. Because the handle piece of pipe is very lightly welded it is not that much strong. When I was smashing the patty gave some extra pressure it just broke like a pencil. After that I rewelded with gas welding

Well worth the price for this quality
This is just what I was looking for, and it wasn't easy to find and so I am pleased. I was afraid that it might be too flimsy to provide a lot of usage but THIS PRESS IS SOLID. I wish there was a mould/ base to complement it but I at least got what I paid for with the press. This press was everyting that I had hoped it would be.

Does the job. Not a cast iron monster. Needs muscle power. Easy to clean and maintain.
The pressed burger fad falls into two camps - the cast iron heavies, and the simple stainless steel jobs that you press down. If you favor cast iron, obviously you won't like this one. But this lighter, stainless steel one works, is a good size, and cleans nicely. Its a burger squasher. At a good price. If you decide you want the cast iron/high maintenance ones, go buy one of those later on. (Next, they will have one with Bluetooth that reads stuff....)
