I do think it's helping with hot and cold sensativity, and definitly remineralizing areas which are weak in my teeth. I highly recommend and will be getting the mint flavor next time. Also, this small size lasted me a month. Maybe I used to much, I did expect it to last longer. But that's okay, it's worth it and I will be repurchasing soon.
