These are a great tool for anyone who likes to experiment in the kitchen. It pressed out some beautiful cheese wheels for me, and I'm thinking there are other things they might work for. They don't take up much storage room and make cheese life easy.

Muy util y buen material.

Came on time, exactly as description. Seem to be very sturdy and well made, the cheese cloths are what I hoped they would be, as I have been using flour sack clothes with a very tight weave that take a lot longer to drain and dri. The followers fit good and the size is perfect for my small batches. They are the perfect size for my feta, paneer and just to be able to drain curds , covered and clean. Cant wait to get started with a 2 gallon pot of milk.

The first package I received came with just one set of mold, piston and cheesecloth. I had to return the package and had it replaced by Amazon. The second package came perfect, I’ve used it and it worked like a charm. The delivery both times, original and replacement were pretty fast! I am happy!

I'm brand new at cheesemaking. I bought these cheese molds and they work perfectly. I made Farmhouse Cheddar - my first attempt and they worked perfectly. Of course they are for small batch cheese making so if you decide to make two or three gallons of milk into cheese at one time them these molds would be too small for that amount of milk. I used four liters of milk and they worked perfectly. I can see myself trying many other kinds of cheese like parmesan and swiss and a garlic cheddar.... There is a whole world of possibilities. I definitely recommend.
