The right (blue) joycon is a third party one so it’s not a real nintendo one and wasn’t working at first. I let it run out of battery, charged it, and it started working. everything works great and i’m happy with my purchase. I was scared because some of the reviews had bad experiences and i rlly hate returning desertcart packages but thankfully this one works great!

I recently bought the switch OLED from the seller. I was very excited for the outcome of it. Unfortunately when it arrived, the switch had minor scratches as to be expected but another thing I noticed is the dysfunctional joy-cons when taken out of the dock. Every time I play without the joycons in dock, it keeps on telling me to reconnect by pressing “L and R”. I tried everything and wasted my whole morning and afternoon trying to fix this problem. Nothing worked and I am felt feeling disappointed. I will definitely return this product and I am utterly dissatisfied.
