Horrible
Cheap piece of crap for $600. Came damaged, zero instructions and flimsy manufacturing. I needed it for our business so I figured out how to fix it to make it work for now. DO NOT BUY THIS!

Flimsy Construction/ Sooty Flame
The majority of the unit is constructed from thin sheet metal. This is the least sturdy piece of grilling/roasting hardware I've seen. The lack of air inlets or jets in the burner elements result in a less intense flame that deposits soot on the chiles.

Pretty cool!
I was pretty impressed with this little chile roaster! Is it the big one like at the grocery store, no. Does it serve its purpose and is it cool, yes! I’ve roasted chiles, red bell peppers and corn. It’s easy to put together, of pretty decent quality and sturdy. The stand can actually be a charcoal grill too, it comes with grills/grates. It will roast up to 20 lbs of chiles. You need to put enough in the cylinder or it won’t roast evenly. It takes about 10 minutes to roast a basket of chiles. I recommend this item and the seller, Specialty Diamond!

Great roaster!
My husband used this roaster almost as soon as we got it! He loves it! It is great for roasting the chilis that we grow in our garden.
