Update: I called customer service and we tried to troubleshoot the problem. We couldn’t fix it and the ended up replacing it. We brought new note stickers on the keys because my daughter is using this to practice her lessons. This is a wonderful and cute keyboard. It was great when it worked. I brought this as a Christmas present for my 7 year old. 2 months later it just stopped working and I don’t know why. It still turns on and everything but there’s no sound anymore.

I am a big fan of this brand. They make great entry level musical instruments that have a proper sound. So you can really test whether or not you like or want to learn an instrument without spending hundreds of dollars. The sound and functionality of every Vangoa instrument i have is good enough that its fun. An issue you have with some cheap models is that they are unplayable, which keeps people from wanting to learn more. You will not have this issue with Vangoa. I have my eye on their Banjo next.

I bought this in October and used it only a few times, as we’ve been so busy, and after five months it has two keys that don’t work at all, making it very hard to play songs. I like everything else about it, but wish I had a chance to really enjoy it working the right way.

I ordered two of these keyboard for my twins’ big Santa gifts. They were easy enough to assemble. The headphones advertised as included were not, in fact, included. And the microphone is plastic. One of the the keyboards has working light up keys, but the other one the lights don’t work. You can imagine how well that goes over with twins. My boys have played piano for 4 years - so can play actual music on them - they haven’t played with all of the different sounds yet, but so far the tone is pretty tinny. I definitely knew I wasn’t getting a Roland or a Yamaha - but I am disappointed given the reviews I read were decent, and there were other keyboards that included headphones and the stool as well for about the same cost and similar reviews.

The keyboard seemed to work well until we had a sound issue where all sound stopped working. I reached out to the company as it was still within the 2 year warranty. They started a warranty claim but then stopped responding to my emails and I still haven’t heard back. Don’t expect this keyboard to last 2 years and don’t expect to the company satisfy a warranty claim.
