I don't know what's going on with the one-star reviews. These are five stars on every point: - fit is perfect for the Raptor *RESPONSE* shears - edges are perfectly smoothed/burnished - material is high quality very durable kydex The only thing I can think of is that the one-star reviewers ordered the WRONG sheath...tried to put the regular Raptor shears into this, and they won't fit at all - but they aren't supposed to.

Nice quality design made in the same manner as kidex pistol holsters. Fit my scissors perfectly; they snap into place when fully inserted. Adjustable tension is nice. Belt clip works decent with scrubs. I carry it outside the waistband and on a rare occasion the sheath pulls off my pants with the scissors. Stays out of the way and just feels like I’m carrying a second pager.

Holds the shears tight with no fear of them falling out.

The scissors do not fit properly, and do not lock in even when you adjust the tension. The holster does not stay on the duty belt. This item was a waist of money.

Works as advertised. Fit my Raptor Response shears perfect, good retention. 4 stars because the belt clip is not very good for Law Enforcement style duty belts. Would probably be 5 stars if used on normal belt.

My Raptor fits snugly in this sheath and you hear a click when it's put in place. The plastic feels durable and the belt clip is easy to operate.

Holds the Leatherman raptor scissors great. Audible noise let's you know they're locked in. The wife loves them for the ER and doesn't have to put them down bc they can be sheethed open or folded.

As a volunteer member of a private SAR team, I use this sheath in civilian life. It is perfect for the my Leatherman Raptor. It stays in side and does not move around, but relatively easy to extract when needed.

Nice design. Only flaw is it doesn’t have the retention required. Raptor sits in the holster on an angle which provides minor retention which needs strengthening in the design. Because it sits in at an angle, the release is easy if the raptor is nudged out of angle.

Unfortunately my leatherman raptors don’t fit, not even close! Someone messed up the mold big time!
