I love e this thing. Even when I dont have a migraine I wear it to help me sleep. Its nice and cool, blocks noise, blocks light. Its the best purchase I've ever made.

Love this migraine cap! It's heavier and more weighted than others I've tried, and the pressure feels amazing when my head is hurting. It gets nice and cold and is really comfortable to wear. Definitely glad I bought it.

As someone who has suffered chronic headaches for over 10 years, I’ve tried everything and this is probably the best ice pack I’ve tried so far. I have used them many times and they help so much, especially when laying down. I feel it has the perfect tightness on your head and is cooling all around your head and I absolutely love that it can be pulled all the way down to your nose. It’s perfect for sinus headaches. Since it’s a gel pack inside it is very soft and makes it so easy to lay down or sleep with it as compare to traditional ice packs. I personally keep them in a zip lock in the freezer to protect them. I only have two complains 1. When you take it out it is extremely cold! )especially if you leave it in the freezer at all times as I do. I know the point is to be cold but it is almost so cold it hurts on your face or scalp. This may not be the case for everyone but it was for me. 2. It doesn’t stay cold for very long, which was to be expected, it says cold about 30-45 minutes. I saw in previous reviews saying this so I bought the two pack so I can use one while the other stays in the freezer then swap out! I would still highly highly recommend anyone with headaches/migraines to get it!

I've been getting terrible headaches in my second trimester and this migraine relief cap has been amazing it's a little too good in the beginning a little too cold. I put it on the top of my head to start and move it over my eyes when it's not as cold. But it slides on comfortably it's a great purchase

I absolutely love it its actually my second ..I suffer from chronic severe migraines due to childhood accident when I was baby rusted nail to back of head ..Without no one taking to dr ..I was bleeding out I am alive by miracle ..But migraines came at teen years and now with the years they get worst ..This head caps are the best now I got 2 in freezer even my girls love them 🥰..I recommend them for you or to giveaway best gift ever

This is not any better than the four other black (more expensive) ones I have. It seems to have less gel overall and has large seams on the sides which detracts from the cooling around the entire head. The closed section at the top of the head is not cold; it's just the covering of the cap. No gel. The product doesn't stay cold (after being frozen overnight) any longer than the others. It stays cold less than 20 minutes. The pink color is pretty. I like that the best.

Not working for me, used as instructed either cold or heated up..

I bought mine for around 3 euros 1 years ago, had to be wrong price, either way I was shocked when I saw the new price :O But it works so I rekommendera it.

Hele fijne muts op voor de migraine, zou nog beter zijn als het aan de bovenkant open was dan komt je haar niet in de verdrukking( vandaar een ster minder).
