I read reviews about how these are often shipped in minimal packaging, so you might receive a damaged product. I took extra care to examine everything on arrival, and I thought I lucked out. Plug it in to a 5V micro SD, and there's no power to the board. Then I noticed that the positive wire from the micro SD slot to the main board had come disconnected. I resolder it, and add some reinforcement to the negative wire because it looked like it was about to come off as well. Plug it back in and the 50 super bright blue LED lights turn on, but the inductive coils do not have power to them. Not worth the time to hunt down what the culprit is. Honestly, it's cheap enough to just throw it in the garbage rather than deal with sending it back. Will be looking for a better solution, because the product idea is fantastic

I wanted to make my tablet charge via wireless using this device soldered to the pogo pins on the inside. The back cover of my tablet was blocking the charge. I then put the device on the outside. Box tape also blocked the charge. It only can charge direct to receiver with coil exposed

Title says it all. Ive had it installed in my custom gba sp for a week or 2 now and no issues I love it plan to get more and slap them into my other gamesboys and devices. Very easy to install just 2 wires to solder/attach then mount it. It's a pretty thin receiver as well has a decent area that can pick up charging it doesn't have to be perfectly lined up to work on charger either.

It just get a little bit warm afraid to leave it on all night
