Best cookware Iโve ever used
I was apprehensive about the hype surrounding Hexclad cookware but decided Iโd give it a shot. I love to cook but have been disappointed over the years with many different set of pots and pans that claimed to be the next best thing. But for the first time in over 60 years of cooking I have found a product that actually does what it says it can. My Hexclad pots and pans cook everything evenly, at lower temperatures while providing excellent searing when needed and fantastically easy cleaning. I have had nothing stick to these pans and Iโve tried to really put them through the the tests. Eggs, cheese, steaks, pasta and more, I just run hot water in the pan, a little soap on a sponge, a finishing wipe with a paper towel and they look brand new. The weight is great, metal utensils donโt scratch them, the handles stay cool and they look GREAT! Btw: I am a real person, not getting paid or receiving free merchandise. I bought these pots and pans myself and itโs the best cookware purchase Iโve ever made. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and high performing.
This HexClad 5-Quart Hybrid Sauce Pan is a standout. The hybrid nonstick/ceramic design heats evenly, releases food beautifully, and is incredibly durable. I use it for everything from simmering sauces to one-pot pasta. The stainless steel look is sleek, and it cleans up like a dream. Worth every penny for serious home cooks! I own a full set of their cookware and I love it

I am in love with Hexclad Cookware!
I am in love with Hexclad. I bought the full set from Costco, but it didn't come with the one quart saucepan. I use this size quite often and although I had an older Analon pot, I decided to complete the set with the Hexclad one. I am incredibly happy with all these pots and pans. I followed the directions and pre-seasoned each and every item. The are all working beautifully. Cooked salmon in the 10" fry pan and it seared beautifully on medium high heat. It was very easy to clean. Used the one quart pot for simmering a small amount of veggies, it was quick and there was no burning. The handles keep cool, which is a great feature. My only regret is waiting all these years to buy Hexclad. I can't recommend Hexclad Cookware enough. I've only had them for two months, but expect them to last for at least a decade or more. I'll keep you all posted on my experiences.

Worth Every Penny
I absolutely love this! I know that there are mixed reviews about HEXCLAD. Pricy? Yes, but worth it to me. I enjoy the ease of cooking and clean up. I've had no issues with scratches or discoloration. This brand heats up AND cools down quickly. I love that the handles stay cool while using them. It is just my huasband I at home now so I specifically purchase this saucepan separately because it wasn't included in the "set" that I purchased. I will be purchasing a second one of this size at a later date. They are a bit heavy; so if you suffer with severe arthritis, you may not want to make this purchase. While these are advertised as dishwasher safe, I hand wash mine so I cannot speak to that.

Great product
I broke down and purchased Hexclad to try out. I wanted a nonstick pan that did not scratch up easily. Hexclad did not disappoint. I have had for over a year now and with lots of use it is holding up well with no scratches. It is a great size and heats up my food well. It cleans up well and looks as good as the day I received.

You get what you pay for.
I know it seems expensive for one pot. But you will never have to buy another the rest of your life and will be able to pass it down to your children! Excellent quality the handle stays cool. There is an air hole in the lid so you can let the steam come through without having to crack the lid heat up really well cleans very easily nonstick and can go in the dishwasher. You can feel it as soon as you pick it up that it is a Quality item. I purchased the whole set three size of pots three frying pans. I will also purchase the Wok next. Very satisfied with my purchases.

The elite tier cookware category and overt prestige is deserved.
I needed a nice pot to match my Hexclad pans. All of my life I used subpar, warped, scratched, and dinged-up pots and pans. Two weeks prior I felt that I had to have something that would last the test of time, so I committed to getting a small size 3-quart Hexclad pot. However, the Hexclad website was sales-pitchy, wheel-ly and deal-ly, and the shipping was so high to Honolulu (where I live) that one pot w/lid and one pan w/lid was over $400.00. Yeah, wasnโt happening, even with its diamond dust coating. Having Prime shipping, I turned to Amazon to see if they could keep my aspirations of having great cookware (and by extension, amazing home cooked gourmet dishes) viableโฆ. It was available, reasonable for what I expected, and when it arrivedโฆ. Oh myโฆ. Out of the package, gorgeous. Expect breathtaking shock from seeing the black and silver hexagonal pattern alone. Holding the handle was comfortable, it was more hefty and solid than I imagined. Almost an intimidating presence, indeed. I think I had paused for a moment to take in the absolute perfection before me, I donโt really know, because the next half an hour felt so surreal with the washing, drying, heating/ seasoning with vegetable oil for 2 mins (as per first time use instructions), washing again, and then heating up some chicken soup. The cooking was easy, and even the washing of the pot was easy. This came with a Hexclad 8 inch lid, which is heavy for a piece of glass and metal. But it is just as solid and nice in build as the pots and pans are. It also fits like a glove. My pot is a 3-quart, and I assume that this lid will also fit some smaller size pots and pans (but maybe not the smallest size). It worked fine when I was heating my soup, and didnโt get too hot, but as a disclaimer and for your cooking safety, maybe use an oven mitt just in case. In conclusion, only a handful of things can say they are virtually indestructible and last for life. These Hexclad cookware pots and pans are one of those things, and the only test I have yet to give it is the test of time. For now, I am thrilled at having this small pot and lid in my kitchen. I remember thinking to myself that this must be what all the fuss was about from the reviews I read online. I need to be one of them: So here is my experienceโฆ and now my thoughts areโฆI must have more.

Well worth the money
Best pans ever! I previously purchased a set but the sea donโt include this small size which I found I really did need. Would definitely recommend these well made, easy to cook in and easy to clean pans
