I've been taking Ginger supplements for several years now. I have various digestive issues and ginger has been very helpful when taking with meals. I take one capsule along with a digestive enzymes with each meal and it really helps with processing my meals, sometimes also add a peppermints oil capsules from Now brand, especially if the food is a gassy type meal. Its very effective in keeping my stomach inflammation calm and also helps with nausea. There is no strong scent and I rarely if ever burp up ginger after taken. This is one supplement that I recommend for anyone with food digestion issues to take with your meal.

I have trouble taking prescription medication for nausea due to it conflicting with my lactose pills. These were my doctor's alternative. They work great! It definitely helps settle my tummy, but I have to take it with milk as I can taste the ginger through the capsules.

Great supplement! I'm a bit fan of ginger and use this for any stomach issues! The size of the capsule is medium size so had no trouble swallowing it.

Got this for morning sickness. It did help calm my stomach, but I ended up stopping them because I started burping later which burned a lot. They also smell strong, so sometimes it was hard to take it in the first place. Switched to sour candy, works much better.
