Can someone who has taken regular l-glutathione capsules tell me if these work any better? Is it worth the extra money?

S-Acetyl Glutathione is the most bioavailable oral form – nearly as equivalent as IV glutathione. Our Glutathione GOLD does not get destroyed by stomach acid (we utilize delayed release capsules called DRcaps) which delivers the glutathione in the small intestine. The issue with other forms of glutathione is that enzymes in the stomach break it down before it can ever reach the bloodstream and become useful. No, but it's better than liposomal and shown to be even better than IV infusion. If you do a search you will find the research. Very good stuff.

Do you physically notice a difference in how you feel? If so, when?

I don’t feel any different. I bought this for my skin and hair. Within the first week I saw a big difference in my skin, the sun damage places on my face (that the dermatologist said would have to be cut out to get rid of and leave scarring) started to just roll up and peel off without any dryness, my face looked dewy without any oily was, my pores shrank so much you can barely see them. If I forget and stop taking it the sun damage returns of course since sun damage comes from the deep layers and goes to the surface. As a post menopausal woman I will always take this to maintain my skin and hair.

There's another product by this company, almost identical. this one is "acid-resistant." why? and why is the other one not acid-resistant?

Don't be confused. There are 3 potencies (100, 200, and 300 mg). All are acid resistant capsules. Either the front or the rear of the label (or both) will indicate that. They probably updated the label and there are still older versions out there. In any case, all use Lonza DRCaps.
