Bright and beautiful
This is my 3rd BenQ monitor. I’ve had the 60hz TN, 144hz IPS and now this 240hz QHD IPS. I love BenQ monitors because they are bright and calibration to fit my viewing needs is easy. I’ve never had any problems with my 2 older BenQ monitors so I’ve been happy with their quality. This monitor comes with a remote control. That’s a first for me. All monitors should have remotes. I will make sure my future upgrade has a remote too. It makes calibrating so easy. At first I spent $600 on the Alienware OLED AW2725DF that was 360hz. The blacks were deep black but the color was slightly yellowish and the brightness was only half of this BenQ. I decided to return it and go back to BenQ IPS. I’ll stick to IPS until the tech gets better than this. Current other tech like OLED was not better than IPS in my opinion. This monitor is bezeless with a decent built in speaker. The frame looks great because of the thin bezels. Only thing I would take 1/2 star off for is the stand. I just don’t like the V shape prongs. Maybe if the prongs were an inch shorter or the width of the V was an inch shorter. It doesn’t fit very well on my monitor riser because it’s a non standard shape. My 2 older BenQ’s had better shapes for their stands. I would highly recommend this monitor if you wanted to upgrade to 240hz 27 inch QHD IPS. I’m very happy with it. I hope BenQ’s tech stays competitive in the future, I’ll be shopping from them again 1st when it’s time for another upgrade.

Incredible upgrade from a 24" 1080/60 screen
Picked this up on a deal here because it checked most of my check list (Not much) - Did at least 120hz - 1080p+ - BUILT-IN SPEAKERS. I love this screen, I was always told BenQ were supposed to be good products, and if this is where my expectations are set, I can only imagine how good of an experience a screen that's 2x the price is from them (Consoomer mindset) Picture quality is crisp and sharp @ 1440p. If you prefer or need to step down to 1080p, it does appear to not be very optimized for it, which I guess makes sense. Blacks look pretty good in most instances, when watching a Discord stream of a friend playing a dark scene in a game, the display seemed to struggle. But I don't fully consider that a fair test, First hand it will likely be dark enough and not too washed out. The screen wakes up fairly fast I'd say. My old monitor was an Asus VN247 which probably took 2-5 seconds longer to wake up than this (If you care about that) If you've looked up reviews for this on YouTube, I found a lot of them say "iTs NoT bRiGhT eNoUgH", yeah maybe if you're playing directly under the sun or something. It's plenty bright to me, I turned it down to 70% The HDRi button may be of use to some people, but I don't really feel much of a need to use it personally. Most cases it will make it very dark and hard to see, but in well lit environments, it can flex it's muscles a little bit if you're into it. The speakers are a godsend, my old screen had speakers as well, but were rear facing and hollow sounding. I got by like that for ~10 years. These are so much better. So much.. The 2 front facing speakers have good range and sound production for my environment and the subwoofer on the back adds a lot of depth to the sound. I use the "Pop/Live" setting and find it covers every listening situation for me. For what I paid here for it, I have no regrets. Im hoping this will cover me as long as my ol' Asus did.

Great adjustments, clear screen and 'blue light' control.
I've been waiting for a monitor that keeps my eyes focused, moving across the screen without fatigue and doing it for several hours. In the BenQ Mobiuz EX271Q I have nearly found that perfect monitor. The adjustments to get the right viewings is simpler than most and I am now enjoying the moments of clear viewings and am anxiously waiting to do serious gaming.

High quality, smart design, great blue light filter.
Possibly the only thing I don't like about this monitor are the speakers. But not because the speakers are bad. They're actually quite good and I will probably use them occasionally. However, I can't help but think that they add cost to the product that isn't necessary because I bought the monitor for it's visual performance, not for audio. It would be cool if they offered an option without the speaker which would be lighter and cheaper. With that said, I love this monitor and have been extremely happy with it. I recently upgraded to 1440p from 1080p. I had a 24 inch asus 144hz 1080p that was fine. But this is a stark difference in quality. My eyes are extremely sensitive to blue light and high brightness. I truly couldn't glance at most other people's screens for even a few seconds without my eyes hurting from it. So a good built-in blue light filter is extremely important for me. This monitor definitely meets my standard for that. I also really love the controls. I saw many reviews mention a remote, but mine didn't have that. Instead it has a very intuitive and very easy to use system where you can use one button to navigate and select all the options on the menu. Every other monitor I've had uses a system where you have multiple buttons and they each do a certain thing, and it's easy to press the wrong button and undo the action you were trying to set up. Many reviews also mentioned that the stand is too big and takes up too much room. This was not a problem for me in the slightest. I think those reviews are from people with limited desk space, or who sit too close to their monitor, or both. Overall this monitor is fantastic and I'm very happy with it.

Had a cheap local 1080p 165Hz monitor, thought it was good enough and boy was I wrong. The difference is night and day. Don't cheap out on your monitor people

KVM switching times, 6 seconds to USB-C laptop, 8 seconds to USB 2.0 desktop. Presume USB 3.0 devices would be 6 or 7 seconds. FYI monitor auto power off options: 10mins, 20mins, 30mins; will also power off USB ports. Remote is strange for a monitor, but helps with quick volume adjust for headset. Only wish: third USB port as old 2710q model, otherwise above average KVM monitor; with unconfirmed GtG response time as proper tech reviews remain hard to find.
