Dopo aver comprato ben due calcolatrici in un supermercato, entrambe difettose, ho deciso di cercare su Amazon. Tra quelle intorno ai 10 euro questa (nella variante con sfondo bianco sporco) mi è apparsa la migliore per queste esigenze: display lievemente inclinato verso chi guarda, tasti leggibilissimi (ripeto, nella variante bianca), cifre del display molto grandi (ne ho viste altre che visualizzano fino a 12 cifre, ma alte e strettissime, poco adatte a una persona con problemi di vista. Questa ne mostra solo 8, ma belle larghe e leggibili). Inoltre, ha solo le operazioni elementari, in modo da non creare inutile ansia e complicazioni ad una persona anziana. E per lo stesso motivo, avendo pochi tasti, nonostante le dimensioni generose di questi non è eccessivamente ingombrante su una scrivania o un tavolo piccolo. Dopo aver ricevuto il prodotto, confermo le mie buone impressioni: è esattamente come me lo aspettavo (e mia madre, che ha molta resistenza ad usare "macchinari" nuovi, si è trovata subito benissimo, cosa di cui sono davvero contenta). Sulla durata non so dire, ma considerato che, ripeto, ben due calcolatrici comprate al supermercato sono state degli emeriti bidoni, difettose già in partenza, mentre questa è esattamente ciò che promette, per ora ne sono super soddisfatta e la consiglio.
