Okay so I ordered this because all of my cousins were loving how much energy and nutrients this gave them. I folded and ordered a bottle. Nobody prepared me for how soft my skin would be! I noticed visible results after 2 weeks. My facial wrinkles have started to fill in, and smooth out. My hair looks reaaaaally healthy, and my joints feel overall better; almost as if someone has given me an extra jelly layer of protection. I feel softer. My acne has cleared completely. Before, my skin was sooo dry and I would have to reapply moisturizer in afternoon so to not feel so tight. I feel like I have hydration from inside to outside. It’s great. Highly recommend. I love. Big believer. I’ve never seen such visible results in such a. Short time after taking vitamin. Take the beef liver! Skip the Botox, use this instead. And face yoga ;) Update: after taking this for a month I began to develop digestive issues. I think it was too strong for too long. That said, I’ve started to experiment taking this supplement for 2 weeks at a time and 2 week break. We’ll see if this is a good balance

I am pleased, so far, with the results of taking the Grass Fed Beef Liver Capsules. The only reason that I have not given 5 stars is that I have not used this product long enough to thoroughly evaluate.

I did some experiments and it appears that the capsule casing took longer than other capsules to dissolve in a bottle of mineral water, but it did dissolve after several hours. But I mainly empty the capsules into my cooking instead of swallowing product with capsule. It definitely tastes like beef liver so I trust this is the read stuff. Still, it'd be nice if there were a comparison measurement. It says 1 serving is 6 capsules, but how much is that in weight? Is 1 serving the same 8 oz? Because I consider 8 oz of beef liver to be a good serving for a week. Or is it not that concentrated and an 80z equivalent would be more like 42 capsules? I've tried cooking beef liver before and I'm not that good at cooking it. This capsule definitely ensures that I get the important minerals in beef liver for those of us who can't go to just any neighborhood diner to order a plain Jane platter of beef liver to consume on a ketovore diet.

Since I started taking these beef liver pills, I have more energy and overall feel better. I started taking these pills because I was always feeling extremely tired, but after taking these pills for about a week, I definitely felt better with much more energy. I am still taking these pills and will continue to take them.
