OOOh this stuff is strong so watch out. But it works great. I use it in capsules and wear cloves so I don's smell like oregano for the next 24 hours. It has kept me from getting sick many times and I recently had a reef rash that would not go away until I started taking this. I also put some carrier oil in my hand and a few drops of this and rubbed it between my palms then on the reef rash...I had gone to the doctor and she gave me a prescription rub that didn't do anything after a month. Then I remember Oregano oil! How could I forget?

Oil of Oregano is good for your health when taking a high count of it. I purchased this because it says the carvacrol is 93%. It's to early to tell what benefits I have gotten. It seems to be of good quality though. It doesn't burn the mouth as bad as some of the others as well. I will give it a fair trial and maybe update later.

I've only been taking this for 4 days so I can't speak to it's effectiveness on parasites (what I got it for). But I found a really easy way to take it without having the flavor stay in your mouth for hours so I figured I would share that. I saw a lot of reviews talking about diluting it in a drink and using a straw but, I couldn't take it that way. All I do is fill up a table spoon with olive oil, add the recommended amount of drops, drop it down my throat as far back as I can to avoid my tongue, then immediately chase it down with coconut milk. I drink about 1/3 of a coffee mug of coconut milk (just the ones that come in a carton that are shell stable) after and I can barely taste the oregano oil at all. As someone who has a graphic tongue, I was really worried about taking this supplement. I can't handle anything spicy, it physically hurts my tongue. So I knew I needed to find a way to comfortably be able to take it. So far doing it this way, it's been just fine. The initial swallow of the oil is bad, but as soon as I drink the first sip of coconut milk it pretty much goes away. Hope this helps. I also keep the bottle itself in a ziplock bag inside a Tupperware and that pretty much contains the smell so my entire house doesn't smell like it. This stuff is potent but I'm hoping it's worth it. I'll update this comment if I remember in a few weeks when I'm done taking it to speak on its effectiveness.
