I know these type of supplements can affect people differently in various degrees amongst each person’s body, but this one affected me in an adverse way. I took it at 3:30 pm one day and a couple of hours later started getting chills in my body. Further, I couldn’t fall asleep until after 12:30 am that night. Basically it made me sick.. I would not recommend this to anyone for safety reasons and by the other reviews below.

My goodness! This stuff is good! My dietitian recommended this because ny testosterone is very low, when i read it works fast, i thought it meant kind of like a any other natural remedies like maybe a few days, but no, it works the same day kind of fast, i couldn’t sleep the first day because i took it around 4pm so make sure you take this in morning l, it gives a lot of energy!
