I'm slowly replacing all receptacle/switch plates. It's expensive but worth it. I installed a green receptacle cover and dual switch plate in a bathroom that had greenish walls. Also replace the switches with green Lutron switch. Wow! Looks soooooo much better then the Ivory ones that came with the house. It was expensive but worth every penny. My wife approves!
