This is the first TUDCA supplement I have tried so I cannot say if it is superior or not to others. The pills have a strange chemical odor to them (May be thats normal?) Also this is only a month supply if you take 500 MG (2 Pills a day) hence it would be appreciated if seller can correct the title of the item.

I have taken the product now for over two weeks and have suffered no allergic reaction unlike other Tudca brands I have tried on Amazon. I am using along side my daily 16 hour fasting to help reduce my weight. Early results are encouraging.

I've never tried Tudca before because I am sulfur intolerant but I seem to be ok on these for the last 3 days. I'm taking them to help my liver cleanse and unblock.

I initially purchased 500mg capsules but then realised they were too strong for me. For the purposes I got these, I prefer to take these on an empty stomach, away from food. I notice I'd feel agitated and not too great after taking. This would go away after eating. I suspect it's due to the diuretic and purging aspects, which flush the body of minerals. Hence I suggest starting with 250mg to see how you feel.

Good to use in addition to stronger brand to get bile flowing
