I've been using these for 4-5 months now and they definitely work for hair. I started noticing about 2 months in that my hair was actually getting thicker. Nothing helps my pathetic thin nails but it does help with hair growth!

I’ve used Vital Vitamins Multi Collagen for a few years now and there is a night and day difference when I run out. I love that they have multiple types of collagen and that it is hydrolyzed which is so important. These are so high quality and an absolute must have if you have any joint pain or for over all wellbeing. The capsule is of normal size, very easy to swallow and dissolve easily with no taste to them. I take them, not for the hair, skin and nails benefits which are a great bonus, but because I have multiple auto immune diseases that affect my joints. THIS HELPS ME MORE THAN ANYTHING I HAVE EVER TAKEN! I feel great when I take this regularly. If I run out and have to wait a day or two for delivery, I can definitely tell a huge difference but luckily they are so fast acting so my joints are happy again within a day! This product is a must have!

Started this during post partum (hair fall which is no matter what you do will eventually fall out), but I had good growth and healthy hair n skin. I had some creaking knees before but recently noticed none so I’m guessing it works. I also workout, have a healthy active life

I have been taking this product since early March 2025 for joint support. I had also started exercising regularly a few weeks earlier and eating a lot healthier, to reduce my weight and have overall better health. In late March, I noticed a small rash on my inner thigh (it fit under a 2x3 band aid). My doctor couldn't identify it but, because I've had relative who have had Shingles, she said it might be that. I was preventatively prescribed an antibiotic and a topical steroid treatment. They took away the uncomfortable symptoms but the rash remains. I noticed that I also developed very mild acne and brittle finger and toe nails. The acne went away but the brittle nails persist. Because I'd made three changes at about the same time (exercise, diet and collagen supplement), I attributed these issues to my body adjusting, expecting them to resolve over time. I did notice, however, my joints felt better. I recently spoke with my sister and she told me she had tried to take different collagen supplements but they all caused her to have rashes on her inner thighs so she stopped taking them. I have been taking these vitamins for over a year now and I LOVE them! Within the first few days of taking them, I noticed a difference in my body. I started taking this brand because Neocell, the other brand that I was taking started becoming unavailable for delivery, so this brand was recommended to me and I am so glad! Most brands make you take up to six horse pills at one time and I am just not doing that. These pills are not as big as I expected. You only need to take 3 and they dissolve well. I am very pleased with this brand and I HIGHLY recomment them!
