Going to lapland in march. temperature is supposed to be around of -6 celsius (21f). will these be enough as a first layer with ski pants on top?

I bought these to go to Alaska in April. I have worn them under jeans and leathers to ride on a motorcycle in January when it was in the mid-upper 30's F and they were a wonderful base layer. BTW, I bought and returned 4 other brands of long underwear/ base layer sets, and Herobiker brand was THE BEST. I ended up buying 2 sets.
