I wanted to use it for my phone while it is connected to a tripod and it is working as stated.

Poor build quality, works ok
After using it for more than 10 months, I can assure you that it is a poor quality product. The bluetooth disconnects frequently. Read the 2 star reviews before buying. Better to go for a more sturdy one Edit 11.11.2024 Actually, I forgot that the small button is for android. I was connecting it to my google pixel and then using the big button meant for iphone and i think this was causing frequent disconnection. Now, just using the small button and it is working ok, except for a few times when connection is lost and I switch it off and then on again to use it. Still not perfect and poor quality but working fine and I haven’t changed battery yet.

Does the job perfectly.
This is tiny, light weight, the plastic used does not feel particularly high quality and it looks slightly worn out or used. It feels like this has been transported in one large container rather than in individual boxes from the factories. There is no wow factor while holding it. That said it works perfectly and does what it is intended to do. The blue tooth connection is instant and if you use it carefully it feels like it could last. The indicator light is also perfect. Its notably better built than the controllers comes bundled free with the selfie stick. Would have preferred something bigger more solid like a TV remove, that uses replaceable AAA batteries or AA batteries. The coin battery used in this device is unlikely to last long if you are a heavy user. This is a must have device if you do a lot of video making. Also note a single click is required to start recording but to stop recording a double click is required and some might not like that double click required to stop recording.
