I smoke cannabis to manage my severe PTSD symptoms. I use this to keep my lungs healthy. I truly notice a difference with my air flow. I laugh without coughing. I totally feel that my lungs are more “open”. And, I feel results after just one use. I had my herbalist/acupuncture doc review the ingredients. He was very impressed with both the quality of ingredients and how quickly this helped me. I have also used their hot flash tincture. That was super effective as well. This is definitely worth trying. I will continue to use this company for lots of my health needs.

I am a Type 2 Diabetic and I stupidly did a bathroom rehab at my sister's house not wearing a mask and had an acute Construction Lung/Asthma. I figured I got some fiberglass and silica in my lungs and despite a pretty good cough session afterward I had some severe loss of lung capacity. It is a combination of the T2 and the demolition. It got worse as ate too many carbs. So, this is why I got the bright lungs. I bought this as I figured as a natural thing it could only help. I thought it might bring up some of the silica and fiberglass if there was any left in my lungs. I got the bottle the same day and took the recommended dose at about 6pm. At 10;30pm my nose was running and I was coughing up some phlegm. WARNING: I began coughing up a dime sized white phlegm every 2 minutes. I was drinking water to keep things moving. I tried lying down to bed but it just keep developing every 2 minutes or so. I had to cough it up at least 30 times and hour. I used a Steam Inhaler about 4am and then sat in a recliner which seemed to help. I usually do get bronchitis when I get a cold so this felt a lot like that. I was able to sleep by breathing only through my nose but it was not a good night. To me this was a Detox event aka Herxing or Herxheimer event. Afet a rough morning I do feel clearer and have an increase in lung capacity. I estimate I expunged about 2 ounces of sputum which was white and clear indicating no bacterial infection but just white blood cells. I will not be taking this tincture in the evening again but when I have the time will take it in the morning on a day that can spare. I am betting that I am more sensitive to one or more of the ingredients based upon the other comments or that my T2 diabetes made it more of an event. Either way, be careful with this and learn from me by setting aside a day and taking this in the morning so you don't ruin your sleep which is far more essential than taking this tincture. Everyone is different so this may not be your experience but it can't hurt to take some precaution.

Works, just not well enough

My ex mother in law has COPD and I buy her supplements. When her go-to supplement disappeared from pretty much every online store (it’s back now), we tried this. She had adverse and allergic reactions. Adverse: It changed her oxygen tubing blue and her watch band purple. She has had the watch band a long time with no changes. She has never had oxygen tubing change color, and she has been on O2 for about 7 years. Allergic: She broke out in rashly areas, primarily on her shoulders. She had no beneficial, or at least noticeable effects on her lungs or breathing. Very odd, to say the least. I won’t be buying this again. I’m glad it works for many, but beware of potential for adverse affects.
