Does it fit in a murray service panel?

It will fit in a current Murray panel. Same exact breaker as mp260 just different label. Not sure about any past generation panel.

What does it mean that there is two 60's? Does that mean its 120?

NO. It is a double pole. Meaning its 240 volt single phase. In your breaker box there is 2 separate poles for electricity totaling 240 volts together and 120 volts each. So it is one breaker rated at 60 amps for 240 volt circuit.
