Is it still mostly red pellets or are there more vegetables now, 2020, rather than mostly red pellets in 2017,2018 reviews?

Ours was monthly red pellets, very little vegetable. My dragon doesn't care for the pellets. Every dragon is different though.

Can Curly Tail Lizards eat this as well ?

Pretty sure this is mostly for bearded dragons. If you check with your local pet store they can help you find a good suitable for your curly tail lizard

Do you have to wet the squash and peas?

I don't with my bearded dragons food.
