What is the physical size of this relay?

From memory, appx. 1 1/2 inches square. From memory because I have it mounted in a box by my pond. Note: This is genuine heavy duty, it's rated at 30 amps and it works. Every other relay I tried, failed.

can it be used continual duty for ... days? My application is only for about 8 amps but it requires long periods of use.

Yes, that should be fine. I have two of these, and they are good heavy duty relays.

How do u connect wires fo this - i dont see screws ?

Crimp on blade connectors. I recommend the yellow ones rated for 10-12 AWG wire. Since 10 AWG wire is rated for 30 Amps. 12 AWG is rated at 20 Amps. You could also solder directly onto the pins but that will make it harder to service in the future.
