Good for healthy and strong immune support
This is perfect to keep up with all your needed vitamins for a healthy immune system . I take this when I feel I need to , once a week and I haven’t gotten sick in over a year ! The liquid part takes some time to get used to but it’s really not that bad . Definitely recommend
