Excellent quality extract. Although the price may appear steep, it has incredible potency and it projects lavender flavor and aroma perfectly. The bottle came sealed around the neck, with a dropper cap for controlled application. The extract itself is colorless and unsweetened. It evaporates quickly like alcohol, and it only takes 1.5 DROPS, not mL, to beautifully flavor a venti sized drink. I make my own flavored protein matcha lattes in an old Starbucks cup all the time and really wanted this flavor. When I tell you that this allows me to create the most wonderful blueberry lavender matcha lattes ever, I mean it! 💜

I was looking for a rose extract to infuse flavor for Swiss merengue buttercream that I used as a filling for some rose flavored macarons. I had read a TON of reviews for so many different rose extracts being sold on Amazon. And I am so glad that I ended up ordering this one!! The prices vary widely on rose extracts and I feel that this one was a good value. Not too cheap but not too expensive. But the best thing about it is the beautiful flavor and aroma that it has. I’m glad I paid attention to a lot of the reviews that mention being careful not to add too much. I’m surprised that several reviews mention that they didn’t receive a dropper. Mine came nicely boxed in a glass bottle as well as a little glass dropper and a sprayer attachment! Those who mention using the dropper instead of pouring it into measuring spoons are correct. You’ve got better control and are less likely to add too much if you use the little dropper. I started out counting 10 drops then tasting, then adding in 10 more. I’d say 10 drops is probably around 1/8 of a teaspoon. I ended up using 50 drops. So roughly 3/4 tsp to a batch of Swiss merengue buttercream. I had also added some vanilla to it and I felt that it complimented the rose extract beautifully. Rose extract isn’t commonly used in American sweets, and the subtle flavor and aroma are a nice surprise! I think with this flavor it’s important not to use too much. So start with a very small amount and gradually add more if needed. Taking one bite leaves you with the flavor in your mouth of how a rose smells, in the nicest way, if that makes sense! After being so pleased with the rose extract, now I want to order the lavender extract too! I highly recommend this extract for the flavor, the quality, the value and that cute little glass dropper it comes with! It tastes exactly how I was hoping it would!! I highly recommend it!

I really like drinking iced honey lavender lattes but every time I get one, I realize they are just too sweet for me. I decided to make my own. First I ordered some lavender simple syrup but combined with honey, it was still too sweet. I ordered this extract and it worked perfectly! I will say I was surprised that it is in alcohol. But, somehow the alcohol just goes away once it hits the hot coffee. Then I stir in honey and pour over ice. It is yummy!

Made matcha latter w/ lavender cold foam. Added 3-4drops w/ 3Tsp of heavy cream, 2Tsp pf whole milk, 1Tsp of honey and 1/2 tsp of ube powder for color. Lavender smells great but not over powering. Grat for cold foam, baking. No purple color. If you want color, you gotta add color.

I purchased this Pure Bulgarian Lavender Extract to use in my coffee. I've tried it in muffin mix and other foods but, so far, I like the extra hint of flavor it gives to my morning brew. I'd buy it again, though it's very long lasting. The included dropper holds roughly 12 droplets. I use up to 6 drops in each cup of coffee. I don't use it every single day. It arrived a few months ago (late Summer?) and is still going strong even though it's now well past New Year. I hope you enjoy it!

Great product and great value. I take it for mood improvements and it worked after a month. 2 times a day, 20 drops each.
