After doing in depth research I determined that this is a great supplement for me. I love the amount of antioxidants that it provides. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no odor or aftertaste. I will continue to purchase this in the future.

I can tell a difference. They seem to give me energy and help my knees a little.

i write mostly negative reviews. they're fun and it helps me to blow off steam. BUT i can't do that for this product. i have had horrible gout in my big toe that hurts like nobody's business. it's really bad in winter, and every time it rains. sometimes the pain is so bad i can't walk. add to this the pain in my hands and i am suddenly reminded i am not the once spry and very active 20 year old, bouncing in and out of clubs and parties and feeling no pain. so sometime in September (when the weather was great and had no pain) i decided i should try grape seed extract as recommended by a friend. i purchased this brand based on reviews. i wanted to begin taking it while the toe wasn't bothering me, sort of to keep on top of the pain (like I've always been directed on how to take pain meds after surgery). enter february. the past five months have been mostly rain, cold and snow. this time last year i wished my toe could be amputated because it hurt so bad. i haven't had any pain in my hands either. nothing. everything is fine. it feels as if i don't have gout. it feels ...normal. pain free, like a good toe would feel. i love my toe! but i love grape seed extract even more. no one from the company has contacted me to write a review for a free bottle, as they very obviously don't need to. i will continue to purchase. i may not be 20 anymore but at least i no longer feel like I'm 80.

Day 2 and my energy is through the roof. Took 1 pill the first day on an empty stomach and it seemed to have given me a mild headache. Second day, I took with food and no headache! Each day I have had a significant change in energy. May not be the same for everyone but I'm a fan so far!
