The Best
This is my favorite anise extract for cookies, bread, and adding flavor. Also add this to a hydrostone to add a little flavor to brown sugar. Love the smell it is not artificial smelling at all. It is strong and concentrated. Watkins brand anise is the finest quality money can buy. I highly recommend buying.

Great for Pasta Sauce
Great little spice for quick pasta sauce. If you make it the old-fashioned way I prefer the seeds but for a quick sause this works very well. Good to have on the shelf.
