Fits my 67 yr old knee well. Is a bit tight on husband but he's still pleased. Gives an adequate amt of support without cutting into skin.

Roughly 6 weeks or so ago I tweaked my knee at work. My knee became difficult to turn and move like I typically do. Considering the amount of movement I do in a day, especially at work, I needed to try something. I didn't want to go see a doctor since my internet sleuthing led me to believe I'd simply have to ice, rest, and limit the motion in that leg. This wasn't going to happen because I want and need to get around. After reading about various ways to help in my knee recovery I decided a compression sleeve was ideal. I set about trying to figure out what the best sleeve for my perceived need. There were so many. And so many different opinions about what is good, better, or a best option for knee pain. Cost wasn't so much an issue as was the availability to get it to me quickly. This sleeve could be delivered same day for a small fee, so, I pulled the trigger. I'm glad I did. The size I ordered was based on the recommendation guide. Having long slender legs I considered ordering a size smaller but I'm glad I didn't- this fits like a glove. At first I thought it was a little too much compression but now I think it's absolutely perfect. It doesn't rise or fall even with moderate bending over the course of a day. After a month plus of daily use, it looks a little distorted but the compression remains faithful to day one. There were some reviewers who questioned it's quality and durability. After my first week I went to a sporting good store at the mall and compared what I was wearing to what was 2-5 times what I paid for a pair of these sleeves. Comparatively, these sleeves are top notch. TL;DR My knee has healed significantly and I believe this sleeve was vital to that. I plan on continuing to wear this while I work as I do favor this knee and it gives me a good sense and possibly a reminder I've gotten a little older and I need to be mindful that's a reality.

I have been very pleased with my purchase. It is affordable, comfortable and light (not bulky). It stays in place and does not require much adjustment throughout the day. Just a word of caution for people with sensitive skins - the elastic/plastic band may cause an irritation if worn more than two consecutive days.

I measured my leg properly before ordering. So I ordered a size medium. I wore one of the compression sleeves on my right leg today and it was so tight it caused a blood blister behind my thigh. And then I had a hard time getting the sleeve off.

Great support for my knees on my daily walks. Highly recommend. Easy to put on. Not too tight, stays in place well. Great breathability and quality. Highly recommend.
