This red light therapy belt fits very well and helps relieve pain temporarily, but hoping will help longer over time with daily use. It heats up and feels really good! I love it! Exactly as described. Easy to put on and easy to program. Made very well and has very strong velcro and a pocket to put a battery pack so it is portable. It doesn't come with a battery pack but it can be hooked up by USB or a plug it comes with. Much easier to use than a smaller one i bought before this! It even has a Lifetime warranty!

I really love this belt! I was doing some research and the recommended treatment time to get the full effect is 30 mins. I use this on my stomach and on my upper back/c-spine where I have an injury and it’s been helping. There’s a few drawbacks: 1) the treatment area should be longer. It doesn’t wrap around my belly and my waist is 27-28 inches 2) I like that there’s a pulsed light function but there’s absolutely no info on how to determine what level to put it at treatment reason and area. I wish more info was provided on this. 3) the info booklet says that after 30mins of use (1 session) you need to wait 2 hours before using it again, which I don’t fully understand why - is it referring to the same treatment area because it’s too much dosage for one area? Or is it because the actual belt needs 2 hours rest/cool down to maintain the longevity of the bulbs? The clarity isn’t there. Benefits: 1) it does work. I feel the heat from it around the 15 min mark and I can feel my tissue inside my body warming up (this is the near infrared working) 2) the cord is long that you can plug it into a wall outlet if your couch or bed is against the wall. Otherwise you’ll need an extension cord or charging pack. 3) the section where the light is emitted is easy wipe/clean. Make sure you don’t have oils or lotions on when using. Use on clean dry skin. Apply lotions/creams/oils after your session. 4) there’s benefit to pulsed light with your IR session as it speeds up healing, and this has the option to adjust from 1 hz to 1000 hz, HOWEVER, it’s one button to increase and one button to decrease, and you literally have to press the button for each number (you can’t press and hold) so it gets annoying to change it, AND there’s no info/guidance/recommendations on how to use it, what to set it to, dose/frequency, like nothing. For the price and its warranty which you have to set up within 5 days of purchase on their website, it’s a good product to have for healing inflammation and injuries. You do need to use it daily, or at least 5 days/week. But so far I’m enjoying it.

We love this belt and gets used a lot by my husband due to a chronic back condition. He switches between this and the ice packs. Recently the belt died. Tried everything to get it to work & it wouldn't. Customer service was top notch. Contacted them by email. Told them the problem. Sent me an email with a link, fill in the prompts & upload a video of the problem. Had an issue with the website and my video so they manually processed my return without the video. We got our new belt today and we're very pleased. Not sure if I'm more happy with the belt or the Customer service. It's a toss up!

Device stopped working completely after 8 months. The device comes with a lifetime warranty, which was one of the primary reasons I chose this particular one. I was satisfied with it completely and its features, until it stopped working. I contacted the seller via their website to request a replacement. I received an email saying I would be contacted in 2-4 business days. I never received an email reply. Instead, I received a message on Amazon from the seller offering me a refund. The manual states that a replacement will be offered, if repair not possible. (See copy and paste from manual.) I replied to this message received, and also sent an email prior to posting this review, requesting a replacement, as per the manual conditions. To date, I have not yet heard back. I would like to use this product, and would like a replacement, hoping that the replacement product has a longer life than the one I purchased. If this this matter is resolved per my request, I will come back here to repost with details. As per the manual: Replacement Policy: 1. I use it at least 5 days a week. I wake up early and use it while still laying in bed. I can put it flat down my spine, I can wrap it on my lower back and then on my front stomach area. Very convenient and can lay flat in my suitcase and trael with it. I had a bad injury on my leg purple bruising and it helps heal. Relieves pain. Love Lifepro can't beat their warranty.

My husband and I both use this. We both have spinal issues and joint issues and I was impressed and felt results immediately. I like that it has Velcro and stays in place but you can be hands free and don’t have to lay down. You can use it on a lot of different parts of the body and it also warms while giving you the adjustable red light therapy.

Why is the rechargeable powerbank missing?

Chose this one because it was one of the more expensive ones and I wanted a quality product. I did not have a UK to USA adapter and so I was using it via my laptops USB. It worked twice and there after cut out every time I tried to use it. I contacted the company and after having to send them explanations and videos etc I got no where and became even more concerned when I received emails from their ''Happiness Specialist''. The more worldly wise among you will know what I mean. In the end I returned it to Amazon. This was the first time ever I had returned anything and I can well done to Amazon because it really was a very easy hassle free experience. Personally I would never buy anything again from this company.

I am not sure if this product do me any good! I used it few times and I experienced more pain. Then I stopped using it for a while and then pain back to normal. So, I am not using it at all. Also, when I used it with USB connection the port became too hot.
