I bought four for Christmas gifts. All four were missing the grounding snap on the mat so you can’t attach the plug anywhere. What an embarrassment and now a hassle to return and left four family members without my gifts! Very pissed!

Before getting this mat, I used to have so much trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, and would wake up with terrible back pain. Now I sleep like a baby and wake up with no pain!!!!! I'm blown away by how much this helps me!!!

Since installing the mat I haven’t had a single electric shock!Meaning also that I don’t know if it is working??

It did not afford me any better sleep, nor did offer any therapeuticsI verified the proper resistance in the mat and the cord and also verified that the ground was correct on the AC outlet and still did not workThe customer service follow-up was fabulous and I really appreciate their prompt attention

Stays on the bed well even though I toss and turn a lot. Also passed ground tester test anywhere I applied tester on mat. I have another name brand set of grounding sheet set product I bought several years ago that only tested effective in one small area right by where you snap in grounding line. So I am happy with this product.

The thick wide straps that hold it to the bed ripped away from the pad. I had seen this a while back but didn't realize until today that it was torn. I have bad eyes.

This product was a grounding mat that fits on a single mattress. Was hard too put on . Also it does not work .checked with meter!

The straps are terrible, ripped on first use. Ended up cutting them off.
