Alpine Rivers RFID Blocking Sleeves, Credit Card Protector, Passport Sleeve

The package contaiins 4 passport protectors, (2 black, 1 red, and 1 plaid black on red) 7 side access credit card sleeves and 7 top access card sleeves, with 3 black, 2 red and 2 plaid in each. I bought these for charge card protection so I didn't test the passport sleeves. The card sleeves are thick and difficult to fit in my billfold so I removed the bottom fold and cut off just enough of a side to slide it into a card slot more easily . Then I tested it at a grocery scanner, by waving the card in the sleeve at the reader from all directions. The scanner did not detect the charge card at all. My previous RFID protection wallet wore out so I'm happy to find these that allow me to use a vintage wallet and secure my credit cards. And different colors make it easy to find each card. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with these credit card holders - they are very sturdy. I sometimes do not want to carry my big RFID protected wallet so need these for my thin card case which does not have RFID. My husband lost his old passport holder and appreciated that the order included four new ones.

I bought a set of these a few years back. As technology has gotten more sophisticated, so has the scammers. I learned that they had procured hand held scimming devices, that when they would pass by you with the device, without touching you, steal your credit card information with just a slight wave of their hand as they pass you by. When you receive your credit card statement is when you realize someone is using your credit card and now you are a victim of a major credit card scam. You have no idea how or when someone stole your credit cards as that they’ve have been in your possession the whole time. When I learned of this type of scam, I found these RFID blocking sleeves. The protection is in the inner portion of the sleeves because of the foil lining and are impenetrable by scimming devices, I ordered them immediately. Upon arrival I gathered my cards and placed them in the sleeves. The scammers could now wave away without knowing that I am totally protected from them.”Peace of Mind” for me. I bought more of these packaged sleeves and gave them to family and friends so they could protect themselves as well. One of my better decisions to date. The ones I bought initially were black in color. The ones I just purchased are in various colors, now I can differentiate which card is which by color coding my cards. The reason I needed to buy new ones is after a few years of taking the cards in and out of the sleeves, the heavy foil like material was separating from the inner sleeve. It became difficult to put the cards back into the sleeve.

Tested them and they absolutely work. Can't be said for other products. Only complaint I have is that you need to remove the sleeve every time you use the credit card. Duh. But I will absolutely be using the ones I got. The passport sleeves fit a USA passport ... BUT ... a passport is not a flat card. A passport is a small booklet with pages. Maybe charge extra and make the sides of the passport sleeves accordian or pleated to allow for the thickness of an actual passport.

I tried another brand and after taking my cards in and out a couple of times they fell apart. I have had these for some time now on all my cards and none have failed. I like feeling protected from scanning.

Nice RFID sleeves. I've used them before and I only trust that they really block out any type of detection.

I love that these sleeves come in several colours, making it easier to know which card is in which sleeve. They are well made, attractive and appear to be a product of a high quality. Certainly the sleeves appear to be more substantial than others I have purchased, that have ripped and started to fall apart! These ones feel more sturdy and robust which you need as it's amazing how much use they get (my dads old one is held together with tape!) For the low cost you receive enough to hand out (which is why I have brought them) to encourage family and friends to carry their cards etc in safety. As for the company, they are first class with their communication, service and speed of delivery.

I purchased these as I am security conscious given the risks that can afflict us concerning wallet contents in present society. I am delighted I must say as to how well my cards slips in to each sleeve and is easily removed too. Also it's worth mentioning how neat and discreet they look in the card slots in my wallet. If like me, you like to invest in the absolute best product there is out there, then this is one quality assured product, as my headline states, that will give you more bang for your buck when you're confident in the knowledge you're wallet contents are supremely protected

Delivered next day (a Sunday), a last minute order in time for a foreign holiday. Material seems to be a kind of tough thin card with a metallised inner surface. Credit Cards fit neatly and the sleeves fitted the card pockets in our wallets without a significant increase in bulk. Passports fitted their sleeves neatly as well. Can't really tell if they work, but we appear to have survived some notorious Rome thieves hot spots without getting illegally scanned! Sleeves had fairly heavy use during the holiday without any significant wear and tear.
