There are so many different ways to use this product .. it’s a great workout tool. It’s well made and a nice color.

Should have foot pump to make it easier to blow up

Perfect ball! Just like the one I use at the gym! Solid not like the super cheap thin ones you get for $5

I go to planet fitness and they have these balls 65 all the sizes they are twice the size and thickness they are selling here. There is no way anyone could inflate your 65 ball to 26" high and most definately not with the pathetic tiny hand pump they supply., you can not even take a full stroke and hold on to bottom of pump while trying to inflate. I got out a foot pump I had from a air bed and inflated untill it seamed ready to burst, not even close to 26" high.

This exercise ball is perfect for my needs. Strengthening My Core. Recommended by my Physical Therapist.

It didn't burst when I sat on it, so I think we're off to a perfect beginning😁

No instructions on how much air to put in. Had a most difficult time getting the plug out to add more air
