One of the four servos was broken
One of the four servos was dead on arrival, and had to return it using amazon returns. The other three seemed to work perfect, but I never tested them under any load. So Just a QA issue it seems to me. The broken one wouldn't move under any power or PWM values; unlike the others.

Cheap for a reason
These servos seem to get a lot of interference and are very jittery, they went into the bin. No use at all!
